Search Filters

To maintain system performance, you must specify a Scheduling Date interval before you perform a search. Failure to provide a date range will trigger a pop-up alert.

  1. At the top of the interface, click the magnifying glass icon. The Search Scheduling pop-up window will appear.

  2. Enter the following information:

    1. Operations Center: the operations center associated with the assignment.

    2. Resource: select the assigned resources to search for in the schedules from the drop-down menu.

    3. Date of Planning: specify the scheduling interval to search

    4. External WO code: the work order (WO) code available to the technicians in the field.

    5. WO code: the rule identification code.

    6. Locked on Virtual Plan: whether a dispatcher can cancel a Job.

    7. Object/User code: search and select the user or facility.

    8. Real Scheduling: filter only the scheduling made in the Real Plan.

    9. Virtual Scheduling: filter only the scheduling made in the Virtual Plan.

    10. Calculate distance from base point: whether to calculate the distance of a job from the area where the resources are located.

  3. Click Search. The schedules that meet the specified criteria will appear in either the Real Plannings tab or the Virtual Plannings tab.

You can export this list as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. To do this:

  1. In the upper right of the Search Scheduling tab, click the spreadsheet icon.

  2. Save the spreadsheet in a location of your choice on your system.
