Forecasting & capacity planning

Use forecasting & capacity planning

1. To estimate the long-term workload, identify the number of tasks.

   1. Manage the long-term activity forecast. See Create activity forecast.

2. To analyze the short-term workload, compare the current workload with the available capacity. See About Workload Analysis.

3. Access the technician's availability. See Create Resource Forecast.
