Forecasting & capacity planning

Audience: A company manager or team leader who analyzes which activities to plan and which teams to assign to them.

To optimize your plans, forecast resource availability along with short-term and long-term activities. Determine what resources you need and quickly fill the gaps. With this module, you can:

Use forecasting & capacity planning

  1. To estimate the long-term workload, identify the number of tasks.
