Identify and prioritize time-sensitive work orders. When the system detects a new urgent activity, it provides both a sound signal and a flashing visual alert in the Urgent Activities interface to ensure immediate attention.
Find urgent activities
Use the filters at the top of the tab to isolate specific high-priority tasks.

Navigate to Features > Core > Daily or Multi-day plan > Daily Plan.

Click the Urgent Activities tab.

Select the Operations Center.

Enter the Code, City, or Address to find activities in a specific area.

Use the WO Code, Urgency Type, or Multistage Group to refine the list.

Click Search. Results will populate in the List of Urgent Activities table.
Manage the urgent activities list
After your activities are listed, you can organize or stage them for scheduling.
Customize the View
Click the Columns Management icon (left corner) to select which data fields are visible.
Stage for Scheduling
Select one or more activities and use the Operations Menu to:

Copy to Clipboard: moves the activities to the Clipboard staging area.

Copy and Select: moves them to the Clipboard and automatically marks them for a Paste action.

Highlight on Map: displays the geographic location of the selected tasks to help you identify the nearest available resource.

For deeper insight into a specific urgent task, right-click the row to access the following functions:

Assign mandatory resources
If a specific expert is required for an urgent task:

Right-click the activity row.

Select Associate Resources and Teams.

Define the resource as Mandatory or Preferred. This ensures that even during automated rescheduling, the system respects your specific assignment choice.
