Use the Daily Plan main tab

View the work calendar and the scheduled activities for each resource and for the day selected. Access the list of related operational resources and the associated work calendar. Navigate to all other areas of the Daily Plan interface from this tab.

Access the Daily Plan

To access the Daily Plan tab:

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan > Daily Plan.

  2. In the Main Search Filter located in the right-hand panel of the Daily Plan, search for resources to display in the Daily Plan tab.

  3. The results that match your search will appear in the Daily Plan tab.

Select columns to show

You can decide what information to show in the Daily Plan table. To do this:

  1. Click the three dots menu at the top of the Daily Plan interface.

  2. In the pop-up window, select or deselect the following columns:

    1. Select resources: displays a radio button in each resource’s row that allows you to select the resource.

    2. Resource: displays the name of the resource.

    3. Summary: displays the column related to the scheduling summary of the single resources.

    4. Progress status: displays the column related to the progress of the activities.

  3. Click anywhere on the Daily Plan interface to close the pop-up window.

Resources

Each row in the Daily Plan represents an operational resource. Key visual indicators help you monitor their current connectivity and duty status:

  • Synchronization Icon: displays only for the current day. This shows the time elapsed since the resource's last mobile sync, which indicates how "fresh" the data is.

  • Off-Duty Icon: a specific icon appears if a resource hasn’t clocked in for their shift or has already clocked out.

  • Resource Color: a unique color assigned in the master data used to identify that resource’s activities on the map.

View the resources data

To view resource information:

  1. In the Resources section of the interface, hover over a resource to see a tooltip with its serial number, picture, and skills.

  2. Click the resource name or View Options to display four performance bars:

    • Availability: Total shift hours (Green: Available, Yellow: Lunch, Gray: Unavailable).

    • Net Saturation: Percentage of the shift occupied by planned work.

    • Actual Effort: Real-time percentage of time spent on interventions based on debriefs.

    • Worked Hours: Percentage of hours worked according to clock-in/out records.

  3. To return to the standard view, click the resource’s name.

  4. Click the Details icon to display the resource’s basic information and schedule for a specific day.

View schedule details

To view scheduling details for a resource:

  1. Hover over the Availability bar.

  2. In the tooltip popup, you can see the following information:

    • The working calendar bar for the day and time slot is always visible and marked in the blue section.

    • The clocking interval bar of the working day. The time slot of the specific resource is light green, while the lunch break is yellow.

      • Scroll over the bar to view a tooltip that shows the following information for a resource:

        • Shift Start;

        • Lunch Break Start;

        • Lunch Break End;

        • Shift End;

        • Unavailability Start;

        • Unavailability End.

    • The planned activities bar, highlighted in orange. This bar displays the sequence of tasks and travel times.

      • Yellow rectangles represent activities; gray/white spaces represent travel or inactivity.

      • Hover to an activity see the following types of data:

        • Planning data, such as precise travel distances from the previous activity and inactivity gaps.

        • Work Order data.

        • Report Data

      • Right-click the bar to Paste previously-selected scheduled activities from the clipboard.

    • The accounted activities bar that shows what’s actually happening in the field

      • To see overlapping activities, you can toggle between a single line or an expanded view

      • Small colored dots indicate validation status:

        • Red: Needs Validation.

        • Green: Manually Validated.

        • Blue: Automatically Validated.

        • Black: Requires technician validation on mobile.

Summary

In the Summary section, you can see the following information about the resource’s working day.

  • Movements: total travel time (in hours and minutes) and distance (in kilometers) registered by the resource throughout the day.

  • Activities: total hours and minutes of planned activities and number of activities.

  • Gross : the ratio between engagement time and availability time.

  • Net : the ratio between activity time and availability time.

  • Start - End (min): the travel start/end in minutes.

Progress status

This section provides the information related to the number of activities, both in graphic and text form. You can see the number of planned and debriefed activities in the corresponding counters.
