Send immediate instructions to a technician’s mobile device in the Operations sub-menu in the Daily Plan. Verify exactly when a technician acknowledges a message. View and manage historical correspondence for server users.
Manage received messages
To monitor communication from field operators:

Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan > More actions > Messages.

In the Reception date field, enter a date range.

Click the Search icon.

In the top right of the results, use the toggle to select either:

Show all messages.
-
Show unread messages only.
-

To access the context menu, right-click any row in the table.

Select an option:
-
Answer: Opens a reply window with the sender's name pre-populated.

Note: You can add more recipients from the resources list.

Mark as Read / Unread: Tracks which items require action, if you toggle the "Read" checkbox.

Audit sent messages and notifications
To track your message’s status:

In the Transmission date field, enter a date range.

Click the Search icon.

In the two results tables, check the Transmission status column for the:

Messages table: Displays standard messages.
-
Notifications table: Displays automated or push notifications.
-
Note: A background task typically sends push notifications every two minutes.
Remove a message

In the Messages table, right-click a message row you want to delete.

Click Remove.
Create a new message
To create a new message:

Click New Message.
-
Write your message.
-
Configure these dates:
-
Validity start
-
Validity end
-
-
In the Recipients section, select one or more recipients from your operations center.

If you want to attach any files, click Add Attachment.

Click Send.
Create a new notification
To send push notifications to mobile devices for brief, high-priority alerts:

Click New Notification.

In the Notification window, in the Message field, enter your short text alert.

Select the message type.
-
In the Recipients section, select one or more recipients from your operations center.

Click Send.
Note: The system queues the message for immediate background processing.
