The Search Form is located in the right-hand panel of the Daily Plan. It allows dispatchers to filter and refine the resources and activities displayed on the planning board.
Use current filters
To use a previously-saved search, select one from the Select saved search drop-down menu. The sections below will populate with the information in the search.
Enter general information filters
In the General section, enter the core information by which to search and lead the Daily Plan.

Operations Center (mandatory) related to the resources whose plans you want to display.

Date (mandatory): day for which to display the Daily Plan.

Available Templates: a configuration that allows you to choose how to view the daily plan board.

Work Center: view only the resources associated with the corresponding work center

Enterprise: the resources that belong to the selected enterprise.
Enter resource search filters
In the Resources section, enter the resources to search by:

Resources: enter a comma-separated list of resources to display in the daily plan.

Click the pencil to search for the resources to select.
Click the X to delete the selected values.

Resource Management: select the type of resource to display from the drop-down menu.

Skills: select from a list of skills in the drop-down menu and display only the operators with this skill.

Contractor resources: select whether to include the resources of the Operations Center that belong to contractors.

On duty resources: select whether to display the currently available resources.

Resources on duty: select whether to display the operators on duty and those off duty.

Shift Start and Shift End: filter the resources available in a given time range;

Operational Resources: filter the resources to display only those who have clocked in and are at work (on duty) when the search is performed.
Enter teams search filters
In the Teams section, enter search information about work teams.

Teams: multiple-choice field to select the teams to display in the daily plan.

Click the pencil icon to search for the teams to select in the tab displayed.

Team Type: type of the team to use as a filter;

Only in team: whether to filter by a resource only in a specific team.

Defined Team: whether to filter by the defined team.

Configuration Type: whether to filter the team members by the team standard composition (composition in Team Management).
Enter Crew Shell search filters
In the Crew Shells section, enter search information about Crew Shells. For more information about Crew Shells, see About Crew Shells.

Code: the Crew Shell’s unique identification code.

Description: the Crew Shell’s description.

Size: the minimum number of resources (technicians) required for the Crew Shell.

Skills: the skills assigned to a crew shell.

Type: the method used to calculate Crew Shell movements.
Enter scheduling and accounting filters

Scheduled Resources: whether to display only those resources with scheduled activities for the day

Resources with ongoing activities: whether to display only those resources with activities in charge and being executed for the day

Scheduling to Validate: whether to display only those resources with the activities to validate in their plan
-
Accounting to Validate: whether to display only those resources with accounting activities to validate.
