Use the Daily Plan interface

View advanced configuration and operational menus for the Daily Plan. These tools allow for deep customization of the user interface, automated planning logic, and real-time execution monitoring.

Use the Configuration Monitor menu

To access the Configure Monitor:

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-Day Plan > Daily Plan.

  2. In the Main Search Filter located in the right-hand panel of the Daily Plan, search for resources to display in the Daily Plan tab.

  3. Click the three dots menu at the top of the Daily Plan interface

  4. In the pop-up window that appears, select from the following tabs:

    • Visualization: controls the graphical elements of the Daily Plan display chart.

    • Themes: used to color-code activities based on specific attributes rather than status.

    • Warning: Highlights anomalies with a yellow triangle icon on the resource row.

    • Actions: defines the system's behavior for "Drag and Drop" and click actions.

    • Template: defines how data is visualized and how the system responds to manual actions.

  5. Configure the tabs to your preference.

  6. Click Save in the Templates tab.

Visualization tab

  • Contents section:

    • Shifts: whether to display the availability/shift bar.

    • Accounted Activities: whether to display the Accounted Activities bar.

    • Planned Activities: whether to display the planned activities bar.

    • Clocking: whether to display the clocking interval bar.

    • On duty availability: whether to display the bar reporting the on-call availability slots of the resource.

    • Planning Summary: whether to display the Summary column.

    • Progress Status: whether to display the Progress Status column.

    • Progress Percentage: whether to display the summary data on the resource.

    • Timesheet info: whether to display timesheet information.

    • Timesheet bar: whether to display the timesheet bar.

    • Multistage links: whether to display multistage links between operations linked to each other.

    • Expand Crew Shell Cards: whether to display expanded Crew Shell information

    • Expand Crew Shell Bars: whether to display expanded Crew Shell information bars.

  • Options section:

    • Show only the team leader: collapses team views to show only the Team Leader.

    • Activity Info: overlays basic Work Order (WO) data directly on the activity blocks.

    • Team Affinity: Activates Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for intraday scheduling and team suggestions.

  • Time Limits section: Determines if the display range should be adjusted based on Absences or On-Duty Availability.

Themes Tab

  • Enable: whether to allow users to change themes on the Daily Plan.

  • Highlight Mode: choose either of the following:

    • Apply theme color: use a theme color on activities that match a search.

    • Apply theme color and whiten: fades non-matching activities.

  • Highlighting Type: Colors activities by the following:

    • Progress Status

    • WO Type

    • Advanced Filters

    • Team Leader

    • All Multistage Groups

    • Selected Multistage Groups

Warning Tab

The system informs of any anomalies through the warnings, displayed on the daily plan of the resource. Select from the options in the following categories:

  • Scheduling: flags shifts to validate, overtime, inconsistent skills, or materials violations.

  • Accounting: flags work exceeding shifts, overlapping outcomes, or undebriefed intervals.

  • Clocking: flags missing or inconsistent clock-ins.

  • Multistage: flags multistage activities.

  • Critical Activities: alerts for activities not yet taken in charge or started.

  • Crew Shell: alerts for changes in Crew Shells.

Actions Tab

  • Default Overtime Management:

    • Activity Drop: select an action for the user to perform when they drop a scheduled activity into the daily plan.

    • Intervention Drop + CTRL: select an action for the user to perform when they drop an activity and press CTRL.

    • Click on Activity: select an action for the user to perform when they click a scheduled activity.

    • Default Overtime Management: whether to allow overtime.

    • Default Work Shift Filling Out: whether to allow the user to fill out the default work shift

Template Tab

Allows users to save the changes that they made in the other tabs.

Use the Daily Actions menu

Click the Daily Actions arrow to open the Daily Actions pop-up window. These actions apply to the entire displayed day or the collective Operations Center.

  • Gather Teams: select whether to display groups of resources working together.

    • Activities performed as a team are highlighted with a thicker border.

  • Planned Options: click the calendar icon to

    • Daily Summary: view aggregated data for all daily activities.

    • Resource Summary: view aggregated data for all resources

    • Validate Day: validate all planned activities for the day.

    • Cancel Day: cancel all planned activities for the day.

  • Debriefed Options:

    • Daily/Resource Summary: Detailed reporting on executed vs. planned time.

Use the Shift Assignment menu

To work with the Shift Assignment menu:

  1. Right-click on a resource’s schedule.

  2. In the pop-up window, select from any of the following options:

    • Optimize Menu

    • Details Menu

    • Cartography Menu

    • Get AI result

    • Weekly Plan

    • Multi-day Plan

    • Select Activities

    • Execution Monitor

    • Clocking Management

    • Resource Day Cancellation

    • Validate Day

    • WO Report

    • Activity Report

    • Lunch Break

    • VRP Analysis

  3. Make any changes that you need to in the sections that appear for each choice.

  4. Click Save.

Use the Planning Bar menu

To work with the Planning Bar menu:

  1. Right-click on a resource’s activity bar.

  2. In the pop-up window, select from any of the following options:

    • Paste Menu: Choose between Paste, Paste to Single Resource, Paste to Team, or Paste with Appointment.

    • Modify:

      • Add/Remove Resource: Dynamically change the team composition for a specific WO.

      • Add/Remove Portion: Split an activity into multiple segments.

      • Set Appointment: Manually define a specific customer time slot.

    • Cancellation/Cut: Removes the scheduling and places the activity back into the Clipboard.

  3. Click Save.

Use the Debriefed Activities menu

To work with the Debried Activities menu:

  1. Right-click a completed activity.

  2. Select any of these options:

    1. Validate Menu: Perform technical or manpower validation to finalize the work for external systems.

    2. Accounts Menu: Edit materials, user hours, or vehicle usage recorded during the intervention.

  3. Click Save.
