Assign mandatory or preferred technicians and teams to multiple schedulable tasks simultaneously within the Schedulable Activities tab. Streamline the planning process, especially tasks that require the same resources, such as in daily operations or for upcoming field campaigns. This is useful for geographically clustered tasks, like meter reading operations or linear asset maintenance.
Assign resources from the Schedulable Activities List

Navigate to Feature > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan.

Open the Schedulable Activities tab.

Select the tasks you want to associate resources with.

Click the three-dots menu and select Associate Resources and Teams. A new interface will appear.

Use the drag-and-drop interface to move technicians or teams from the list of available resources into the mandatory or preferred assignment areas.

To remove a resource from the assignment list, click the trash icon next to the resource name or drag it back to the list of available resources.

Click Save to apply the changes to all selected tasks.
Assign resources from the Map View

Navigate to the Map View panel in the planning dashboard.

Visually identify and select the relevant activities on the map. T

Click the three-dots menu and select Associate Resources and Teams. A new interface will appear.

Use the drag-and-drop interface to assign preferred or mandatory technicians or teams to all the selected activities.

To remove an assignment, click the trash icon or drag the resource back to the available list.

Click Save to confirm your assignments.
