Monitor the Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions for the Daily Plan. Consult the AI predictions for a specific Work Order (WO) directly from the Daily Plan.
AI Monitor
To access the AI monitor function on the daily plan:

Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan > Daily Plan. A list of resources will appear.

Right-click on a resource and select AI Monitor. A pop-up window will appear.

Select from the following options under AI Monitor:

ML - Precision intraday scheduling: view the teams that the system suggests the resource be assigned to.

Job Duration Predictions: view the duration of the job the resource is assigned to.

ML-based spare part suggestion: view a list of predicted materials available to the resource for the WO.

You can also access the AI Monitor feature in the Schedulable Activities tab.
Get AI results
To retrieve AI results for a specific WO:

Right-click on a resource and select Get AI Results. A pop-up window will appear.

Select from the following options under Get AI Results:

Get AI suggested tasks: view the tasks that are the most compatible with that resource’s skill set. These results will appear on the right side of the interface in the Scheduled Activities section of the quick menu. See Access Daily Plan Functions via the quick menu.

Get Predicted Materials: view the predicted materials available for a specific day among all operations.
