  2. Click the Schedulable Activities panel.

  3. In the Dispatcher Power Search input field, type your search criteria in natural language.

    • For example, Show all of the repair activities expiring today.

    • Dispatcher Power Search creates filters based on a list of supported entities. See the section below for more information.

  4. To process the request click Search

After a search is complete, the panel displays the search results that match the request. The panel also displays the filters that are applied based on the natural language request.

Note: If needed, there is a feedback message with more information about the applied filters.

Narrow the search results with multiple requests

Dispatcher Power Search maintains short-term conversational context, and each new request refines and narrows down the results of the previous search. For example, Filter urgent activities followed by Only those in Milan applies both filters to the results.

To narrow the search results with multiple requests:

  1. In the Dispatcher Power Search input field, type your initial search criteria.

    1. For example, Filter urgent activities.

  2. Click Search.

  3. After the search is complete, update the text in the input field to include new criteria.

    1. For example, Only those in Milan.

  4. Click Search.

After the updated search is complete, the panel shows the updated results and the updated filter list based on the multiple requests.

To start a completely new search and clear the assistant's short-term memory of the Dynamic Power Search, click the Reset memory button.
