The clipboard serves as a persistent notepad for the Operations Center, storing activities across sessions so they can be viewed and assigned to the current Daily Plan without being tied to a single work session.
The clipboard is static, so you can access saved activities when you reopen the daily plan.
Understand the clipboard
To access the clipboard:

Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan.

Navigate to the Daily Plan, Multi-day Plan, or Weekly Plan interfaces.

In the search filter, select an existing saved search or execute a new search for plans.

Above the Gantt table, click the Clipboard tab.
The clipboard shows comprehensive summary data on activities, such as:

Work order (WO) code: The unique code assigned to each WO.

Activity: The activity type.
-
Technical object/customer code: The unique identifier for the technical object or customer.
-
Address: The WO’s location.
-
Execution time: The WO’s start time.
-
Customer appointment date: The customer’s appointment for the WO.
-
WO work interval: The interval, in terms of hours and days, when the WO can be executed.
-
Lock interval: To verify the amount of time the WO is locked.

Outcome cause: The outcome of the WO.
-
Notes: Additional information about the WO.
Understand clipboard functions
To manage the entire list, use these tools in the header:

Save clipboard: Stores and makes the current list visible in the future.

Load saved clipboard: Load a previously-saved list into a work session.
-
Clear clipboard: Returns activities to the Schedulable or Urgent pools.

Delete selected: Deletes the rows you highlight.

Highlights on map: Shows a list of work activities on a map.

Expand / collapse all: Displays all items on the clipboard or collapses them all.
Add activities to the clipboard
To move activities from the daily plan to the clipboard, do one of the following actions:

Cancellation/cut: Right-click a scheduled activity or a resource's entire day in the daily plan.

Copy to clipboard: Available via quick menus in the Schedulable Activities and Urgent Activities tabs.

Copy and select: Copies the activity and automatically marks it as "selected" to paste immediately.

Individual activity actions
For each row in the clipboard, dispatchers can perform these actions:
Reorder activities

To move an activity up or down in the list, click the arrows.

At the top of the Clipboard interface, reorder by the same headers.
View skill requirements
To view specific expertise required for the task, click the magnifier icon.
See activity details
To open the full resume interface for the work order, right-click the menu.
Set an appointment slot
To define a specific date and time window for the customer appointment, right-click the menu.
