Scheduled: The initial state after assignment.
-
In charge: The resource received and acknowledged the activity.
-
Ongoing: The resource started the work on-site.
-
Debriefed: The activity is complete, and the technical data was submitted.
Understand resource availability and status
The legend defines the colors used in the resource's timeline and status indicators.
-
Availability slot: Indicates whether a resource is on a standard shift, on-call, or in a non-working period.
-
Synchronization status: Shows the last time the resource's mobile device communicated with the system for the current day.
