Use the Schedulable Bundles Tab

Search for and schedule existing Job Bundles into the Daily Plan, Multi-day Plan, or Weekly Plan. Filter the workload with specific header data, bundling rules, or scheduling constraints.

Search for Job Bundles

In the search filter window on the right side of the interface:

  1. At the top of the interface, click the magnifying glass icon. The Search Bundle pop-up window will appear.

  2. Under Bundle Header, enter the following information:

    • Operations Center: the operations center associated with the Job Bundles

    • Bundle Id: the Job Bundle’s unique ID.

    • Creation User: the user who created the Job Bundle.

    • Creation Date: the date a user created a Job Bundle.

    • Bundle State: whether the Job Bundle is Schedulable or Not Schedulable.

    • Work Order Code: the work order’s (WO) unique ID.

    • Name: the name of the Job Bundle

    • Locked: whether a dispatcher can cancel a Job.

  3. Under Bundling Rule, enter the following information:

    • Bundling Rule: the Job Bundler rule to search by. See Bundling rules.

    • Execution Type: select either the Job Bundle is Manual or Automatic.

  4. Under Bundling Criterion, enter the following information:

    • Technical Object Bundling Type: select one of the following options:

      • Same Technical Object

      • Same Parent

      • Same Root

    • Technical Object:

      1. Click the magnifying glass icon. The system takes you to the Select customer/facility section of the Daily Plan interface.

      2. Fill in the required information

      3. Click Save.

    • Location Bundling Type: select one of the following options:

      • Same Municipality

      • Same Street

      • Same Street Number

    • Municipality: the Job Bundle’s municipality.

    • Address: the Job Bundle’s address.

    • Street Number: the Job Bundle’s street number

    • Same Request Type: whether to allow searches for bundling rules for equal service request types.

    • Request Type: the type of service to request.

    • Same Service Type: whether to allow searches for bundling rules for equal service types.

    • Service Type: the type of service to perform.

    • Same Facility Type: whether to allow searches for bundling rules for equal facility types.

    • Facility Type: the type of facility

    • Same Operation Type: whether to allow searches for bundling rules for equal operation types.

    • Operation Type: the operation type in the Job Bundle.

    • Same Team Cardinality: whether to allow searches for bundling rules for equal numbers of team resources.

    • Team Cardinality: the number of resources assigned to a Job Bundle.

    • Appointment Bundling Type: select either Same Day or Same Slot.

    • Appointment Start Date: the job’s starting date and time range.

    • Appointment End Date: the job’s completion date and time range.

  5. Click Search. A list of schedulable bundles that meet these criteria will appear under Bundle List.

View Bundle details

  1. Locate the Job Bundle that you want to view details for.

  2. Click the three-dots menu. A pop-up window will appear.

  3. Select Bundle Detail. The Job Bundle’s details will appear.

Add Job Bundles to a Daily Plan

To add schedulable Job Bundles to a daily plan:

  1. Select the Job Bundles that you want to add to the Daily Plan.

  2. Right click and then click either of the following options in the pop-up window:

    • Copy activities on Clipboard.

    • Copy and select activities on Clipboard.

  3. Navigate to the Daily Plan tab.

  4. Locate and select the WO that you want to assign the Job Bundles to.

  5. Right-click the WO and select Paste. See Manual Copy and Paste. You can select from any of the available options:

    • Paste

    • Paste by single resource

    • Paste by team

    • Paste with preview

    • Paste with appointment

  6. Click Save to save your changes.
