Create and handle complex jobs composed of multiple interdependent activities to ensure time dependencies. Combine operations from a single work order or multiple work orders in the same Operations Center into a unique multistage (MST) group.
For example, organize a gas pipe installation job in four stages:

Position traffic lights.

Excavate the site.

Install the pipeline.

Remove traffic lights.
Express time constraints for interdependent operations. The platform supports three time dependencies:

Finish-Start: Either both tasks get scheduled or just the first one.

Start-Start: Either both tasks get scheduled or neither gets scheduled.

Same Day: Either both tasks get scheduled or neither gets scheduled.
Schedule multistage tasks
Schedule tasks with these modalities:

Manual: Schedule multistage tasks based on needs in the daily or multi-day plan.

Automatic: Arrange schedule models to plan multistage tasks automatically with the VRP engine.
Dispatch multistage interventions to technician mobile devices. The system checks authorization online or displays warnings offline to ensure constraint compliance.
Exclusions
Follow these rules for multistage tasks:

Use work orders managed by operation in the same Operations Center.

Use standard operations only.
-
Do not use booking, enterprise, project, or multi-day operations.

Do not use preferential constraints or SLA constraints.
Activate the multistage module
Configure the identity setup on the project to use the module.
