Working with Weekly Plan

Strategize with a 7-day overview of your resources’ schedule. Track the saturation percentages and daily progress of your operations center. Identify gaps in coverage or oversaturated resources before they affect operations.

Key differences from the Daily Plan

The Weekly Plan differs from the Daily Plan in the following ways:

  • Shows planned activities as daily percentages rather than individual time blocks

  • Prioritizes saturation levels to show how much of a resource’s weekly calendar is filled.

  • Allows users to validate or cancel full days of activities.

Use the weekly plan

To access the weekly plan:

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-day Plan > Weekly Plan

  2. Examine:

    • Scheduled activities by resource for the next seven days.

    • Planned activities as a daily percentage.

    • Fewer details on a resource’s scheduled activities for a given day.
