Use the Schedulable Activities tab

Search for pending work based on specific criteria and manually move those tasks into the Daily Plan. Instead of scrolling through a map or a long list, use granular filters to find the most urgent or geographically relevant tasks. This ensures that high-priority work is assigned to the right resources first.

Search for schedulable activities

To search for schedulable activities in the Schedulable Activities table:

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Daily and Multi-Day Plan.

  2. Navigate to either:

    • Daily Plan

    • Multi-day Plan

  3. On the right, to enter information into the Filters panel, either:

  4. Click the Schedulable Activities tab.

  5. At the top, click the magnifying glass icon

  6. In the Schedulable Activities window, enter filter criteria. 

  7. Click Search.

Schedulable activity search parameters

When you search for a schedulable activity, configure these search parameters:

  1. In the Filters section, enter:

    • Work center: The name of the work center.

    • WO code: The rule identification code.

    • External system WO code: The activity code for field technicians.

    • Partial outcome: Whether to filter by an activity’s partial outcome status.

    • Urgency type: The urgency of the scheduled activity.

    • Operation status: The status of the activity.

    • Enter date from / to: The activity’s date range.

    • Expected work start date: The date and time that the activity starts.

    • Expected work end date: The date and time the activity finishes.

    • Appointment date: The activity’s appointment date.

    • Request type: The request for the activity.

    • Service type: The type of service for the activity.

    • Facility type: The type of facility.

    • Activity: The type of activity.

    • Outcome causes: The outcome of the activity.

  2. In the Technical Object section, enter:

    • Code: The rule identification code.

    • Registered name: The customer’s name.

    • Town: The activity’s municipality.

    • Address: The activity’s address.

    • Postcode: The activity’s postal code.

    • Current user relationship: The job bundle’s address.

  3. In the Enterprise Activity section, enter: 

    • Contractor: Click the Search icon to select a supplier from the list.

    • Agreement: Click the Search icon to select an agreement from the list.

    • Enterprise CO: Enter the scheduled activity’s company operations center.

    • Available for outsourcing: Indicate if the activity can be outsourced.

    • Assigned to enterprise: Indicate if the activity is assigned to a third party.

    • Purchase document: Attach a purchase order in .pdf format.

    • Validated: Indicate if the scheduled activity is validated for the third party.

    • Enterprise: Choose the third party associated with a scheduled activity.

  4. In the Multistage section, enter:

    • Active multistage: Select the checkbox to show multiple-part activities.

    • Multistage groups: Enter the groups in a multiple-stage activity.

  5. In the Critical activity section, enter:

    • Critical activity: Select the checkbox to show critical activities.

    • Critical activity rules: Choose the critical activity rules.

  6. In the Team Affinity section, enter:

    • Resources: 

    • Minimum affinity: 

  7. In the Free Parameters section, add a clause. 

Configure free parameters

  1. In the Free Parameters section, click Add Clause.

  2. From the WO Filter Parameter dropdown, choose a scheduling attribute.

  3. Define the expression:

    • Operator: Select a logical operator like equals, contains, or is less than. The parameter type determines the available operators.

    • Value: Enter the data point the system searches for.

  4. Choose an action:

    • To add the clause to your list, click OK.

    • To exit without saving, click Close.

Managing configured clauses

Once the clauses are in the Free Parameters table, you can view or delete them:

  • View Clauses: All active filters that meet all conditions are listed.

  • Delete a Clause: At the end of the clause row of a filter, click Delete.

To use a saved schedulable activity multiple times:

  1. At the top of the interface, click the wrench icon

  2. In the Schedulable Activities Search Parameters window, enter search criteria. 

  3. Click Save Search

  4. In the Save Search window, enter a name.

  5. To specify access, select or deselect the Research visible to all users checkbox.

  6. If you want this as the default, select the Default Search checkbox.

  7. Click Save.

To edit a saved schedulable activity search:

  1. At the top of the interface, click the wrench icon

  2. In the Schedulable Activities Search Parameters window, select the saved search from the dropdown. 

  3. Edit the search’s parameters.

  4. Click Save.

To delete a saved schedulable activity search:

  1. At the top of the interface, click the wrench icon

  2. In the Schedulable Activities Search Parameters window, select the saved search from the drop-down.

  3. Click Remove

  4. In the confirmation message:

    • To delete the saved search, click Yes

    • To discard changes, click No.

View overlapping activities

To find overlapping scheduled activities in the Schedulable Activities table:

  1. In the Activity List table, select a scheduled activity.

  2. Click the three dots menu.

  3. Click Overlapping Activities.
