View impact on a resource's daily schedule

When you add an activity to the Daily Plan, see how it affects a resource's schedule, travel time, and route distance. Instantly filter out resources that cannot reach the site within the required time window. Compare multiple resources to find the "least-impact" option for a high-priority task.

View activity resume data

In the header, there is read-only information for the work order (WO):

  • Activity & WO code: The specific task and its unique identifier

  • User / facility: The associated customer or technical object

  • Address: The location where the work is performed

Set the configuration

To change the configuration:

  1. Choose one option:

    • To apply preset filter and sorting criteria, click the Settings dropdown.

    • To open the specialized configuration interface, click Configure.

  2. Select one:

    • Edit configuration: Customize how the system finds suitable resources.

    • Default behavior: The current daily plan filters are the baseline.

Use filters and sorting criteria

To find the most efficient assignment, apply constraints and priorities.

Use advanced Filters

Exclude resources or specific time slots based on:

  • Arrival Limits: filter within X minutes or a specific date / time limit.

  • Compliance: filter by skills and SLA.

  • Travel Impact: To maximize efficiency, set maximum thresholds for time change or route change.

  • Proximity: Define the maximum allowed distance / time from other activities.

  • Workload: Filter by the number of activities performed or in charge.

Sorting logic

To prioritize results, use the drag-and-drop menu. The system processes these criteria in a top-down hierarchy.

For example, if you sort by expected arrival and then time change, the system shows the earliest arrivals first. If two resources arrive at the same time, the one with the least travel time ranks higher.

View all resources that meet your filter criteria.

Detailed slot analysis 

To view a resource’s day at all possible insertion points:

  1. In the Daily Impact Activities section, select a resource.

  2. Next to the resource, click the Plus icon.

You can access:

  • The slot: Where the new task fits between current activities.

  • Impact metrics: The increase in kilometers and minutes to add that activity.

  • Dynamic constraints: The resource's last detected position, with a 15-minute buffer.

Visualize the connection

  1. In the Daily Impact Activities section, hover over a row.

  2. Examine the two-column tooltip that shows:

    • Previous position: The resource’s "Last Position" (GPS), current scheduled activity, or an "In Process" task.

    • Following position: The next scheduled task or the "Return address".

Visualize routes

To evaluate the impact of routes in the Daily Impact Activities section, click:

  • Show actual position: Plot the technician's real-time GPS location.

  • Show day route: Animate the resource's movements through the current day’s positions.

  • Route variation: Compare three routes:

    • The original route

    • The new segment

    • The return segment

Add map layers

On the map, you can overlap additional data, including:

  • Live traffic.

  • Urgent activities.

  • Schedulable activities.

  • Clipboard items.

  • Current resource positions.
