Identify and resolve technical interruptions before they impact field operations. You can verify automated scheduling tasks have finished correctly or diagnose why a specific optimization failed.
Access the scheduling log
To view the scheduling process history: Navigate to Features > Scheduling Optimization > Automatic scheduling > Scheduling log.
Search for logs
Find records of virtual planning and real-time re-calibrations of your scheduling models. To find specific processing statuses and errors in a diagnostic interface:

In the Search tab, enter relevant parameters like:

Processing type: Find the log’s location.

Scheduling (Virtual Plan)

Optimization (Daily Plan)

Re-calibration/Update (Real-time)

Processing status: Choose processes that started, ended, or failed.

Processing date: Enter what days and times the log was entered.

To ignore logs that only list a lack of resources, check Exclude interruption due to unavailable time slot.

To search for a specific simulation name, add a description.

To find a log based on its uuid, enter a uuid.

Click Search.
View processing details
To access the details of the log entry process:

In the Processing detail page, go to the Rows detail table.

Click the row of the desired log.

In the Processing details window, see the steps of the vehicle routing problem (VRP) processing.
