Use the scheduling log

Identify and resolve technical interruptions before they impact field operations. You can verify automated scheduling tasks have finished correctly or diagnose why a specific optimization failed.

Access the scheduling log

To view the scheduling process history: Navigate to Features > Scheduling Optimization > Automatic scheduling > Scheduling log.

Search for logs

Find records of virtual planning and real-time re-calibrations of your scheduling models. To find specific processing statuses and errors in a diagnostic interface:

  1. In the Search tab, enter relevant parameters like:

    • Processing type: Find the log’s location.

      • Scheduling (Virtual Plan)

      • Optimization (Daily Plan)

      • Re-calibration/Update (Real-time)

    • Processing status: Choose processes that started, ended, or failed.

    • Processing date: Enter what days and times the log was entered.

  2. To ignore logs that only list a lack of resources, check Exclude interruption due to unavailable time slot.

  3. To search for a specific simulation name, add a description.

  4. To find a log based on its uuid, enter a uuid.

  5. Click Search.

View processing details

To access the details of the log entry process:

  1. In the Processing detail page, go to the Rows detail table.

  2. Click the row of the desired log.
