The model comparison feature allows you to analyze the performance and output of two different scheduling models side-by-side for a specific date. By evaluating variables such as skills, work centers, and resource engagement, you can determine which model provides the most efficient schedule. This ensures that your operational decisions are backed by data before finalizing assignments in the Next-Gen FSM platform.
Compare scheduling models
Follow these steps to analyze and compare the results of two distinct scheduling models.

Navigate to MAIN MENU > FEATURES > SCHEDULING OPTIMIZATION > AUTOMATIC SCHEDULING > MODELS COMPARISON.

Select the two models you wish to evaluate from the model selection dropdown menus.

Set the specific date on which both models were processed.

Apply any additional filters to narrow your comparison, such as Resources, Skills, Work center, or Engaged resources.

Click the SEARCH button to generate the side-by-side comparison view.
