To distinguish between different types of tasks, prioritize work orders (WOs) during scheduling. Ensure scheduling aligns with business priorities and that the right work is executed at the right time. For example, facility maintenance might be prioritized over customer-specific requests.
Search for filters
To find an existing filter in the table:

Navigate to Configuration > Scheduling Optimization > WO Filters.

On the right, click the Filters button.

In the search panel, you can enter:

To see a certain type of WOs only, select one from the Visible dropdown:

Visible

Invisible

Click Search.
Create new WO filters
To define a new prioritization rule from scratch:

Navigate to Configuration > Scheduling Optimization > WO Filters.

At the bottom, click the New WO filter button.

In the WO filter definition page, enter a description of the filter’s purpose.

Optional: In the Code field, add a unique identifier for the filter.
-
In the Clause list filter, add a clause.
-

Enter all relevant clause details.
-
Click Ok.

If you want to make the WO active or inactive, check either:

Visible: Make the filter active in the system.
-
Invisible: Make the filter inactive in the system.
-

Click Save.

To change a filter:

In the WO filters list, click the row of the filter.

Manage filter clauses
Define the specific logic of a filter in a clause. Multiple clauses are managed with AND logic, so WOs must meet all conditions to be included.
Add filter clauses
Important: The available operators change based on the parameter type.
To create a filter with a logic clause:

In the WO filter definition window, go to the Clauses list filter section.

Either click:

The Add Clause button.
-
The Three dots menu > Add clause.

In the Clause filter window, select a WO filter parameter.

Optional: In the Expression section, select an operator:

Examples include
=, <>,IN,BETWEEN, andNOT IN. -

Delete clauses
To remove logic lines or specific values:

In the Clauses list filter table, find the specific clause.

On the left, click the Three dots menu > Delete.
