Find, add, and remove work order (WO) permits designed to expire after a single field activity. Link permit types to specific work outcome reasons so the permit expires after the activity is complete, and ensure you don’t reuse a permit for future activities. This prevents unauthorized work and requires planners to get fresh permits before they reschedule activities.
Search for existing permits

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Permits > Permits for Single Intervention.

Enter search criteria in the Permit Type and Outcome Reason fields.

Click Search.
Create a new permit

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Permits > Permits for Single Intervention.

Click New.

Click the Search icon in the Permit Type field.

Enter search criteria for the permit type and click Search.

Select the permit type from the Permit Type table.

Click Confirm.

Click the Search icon in the Outcome Reason field.

Enter search criteria for the outcome reason and click Search.

Select the permit type from the Outcome Reason table.

Click Confirm.

Click Save.
Delete a permit

Click the three dots menu for a permit type.

Click Delete.

Click Confirm.
