Create a Work Cycle

Define one or different operations required for performing a given Work Order (WO) type. Automate the inclusion of mandatory tasks, team sizes, and required documentation for every intervention. Ensure operational consistency across the workforce, guarantee that complex jobs follow a standardized technical path, and prevent the omission of critical steps during task completion.

Search for a work cycle

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Work Cycles

  2. Enter one or more search criteria.

  3. Click Search.

Add a work cycle

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Work Cycles

  2. Click New.

  3. Enter the following information:

    1. Cycle Code

    2. Cycle Description

    3. WO Operation type

    4. Operation number

    5. Commitment

    6. Intervention group

    7. Team Cardinality

    8. Operation type

  4. Click Insert.

Add a work cycle row

  1. In the WO Type table, click the cycle type that you want to add a row to.

  2. Click New row.

  3. Enter the following information:

    1. WO Operation type

    2. Operation number

    3. Commitment

    4. Intervention group

    5. Team Cardinality

    6. Operation type

  4. Click Insert.
