Add materials, such as specific parts or tools, directly to individual operations within a Work Cycle. Make sure that the system prompts technicians to use or pick up the required materials for each part of the intervention.
Add material

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Work Cycles

Enter one or more search criteria.

Click Search.

In the WO Type table, click the cycle type that you want to add material to.

Click the three dots menu.

Click Associate Materials.

Click the Search icon in the Material field.

In the List of allowed materials, select a material.

Enter the amount of material that you need in the Quantity expected field.

Click Insert.
