Configure Work Cycles

Define one or more different operations required for performing a given Work Order (WO) type.

Create a Work Cycle

The first step in the process is to create a work cycle.

Associate the Work Cycle with a Work Order Type

1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Work Order Types.

2. Search for WO types in the Filters section.

3. Click the WO type you want to edit.

4. In the Work cycle rules list, click New.

5. Select the work cycle from the Work Cycle drop-down menu.

6. Select the rule application parameters in the following tables:

   • WO Source List

   • Operations Centers List

   • Meter locations list

   • Meter types list

7. Click Insert.

Mass import of Work Cycles

If you want to import a large amount of Work Cycles:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Data Import/Export Tool.

2. Select Work cycles from the Configuration dropdown menu.

3. Click Import.

4. Click Choose File.

5. Select the .xlsx file with the configuration from your machine.

6. Click the upload icon. The task will appear in the Log List table.
