Associate a Document with a Work Cycle row

Add Work Cycle documents to a row. Make sure field technicians can access the exact information needed for that stage of the intervention. Improve field execution accuracy, guarantee compliance with technical standards, and reduce the time technicians spend searching for relevant instructional materials on-site.

Add a document

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Work Cycles

  2. Enter one or more search criteria.

  3. Click Search.

  4. In the WO Type table, click the cycle type that you want to add material to.

  5. Click the three dots menu.

  6. Click Associate documents.

  7. In the Files list table, select a document file.

  8. Click Save Association.
