Overview
Work Order (WO) Operation types provide a unique definition of a given operation. You define a WO Operation type by specifying three key characteristics: the Operation type, the Resource type, and the Work center type.
Prepare Required Components
Before you create a WO Operation type, ensure that the following components already exist. If they don't, you need to create and define them.

Operation type: See Create an Operation Type .

Resource type: See Create a Request Type.

Work center type: See Create a Work Center Type.
Create a Work Order Operation Type
After the components are available, you combine them to define a unique WO Operation type. For detailed instructions, see Create a Work Order Operation Type.
Mass import of types
If you want to import a large amount of Operation Types, Resource Types, Work Center Types, and WO Operation Types:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Data Import/Export Tool.

Select the type that you want to import from the Configuration dropdown menu.

Click Import.

Click Choose File.

Select the .xlsx file with the configuration from your machine.

Click the upload icon. The task will appear in the Log List table.
