Define specific criteria for prioritizing Work Orders (WOs) during scheduling. Allow users to distinguish between different types of tasks, such as prioritizing facility maintenance over customer-specific requests. This ensures the scheduling algorithm aligns with business priorities and that the right work is executed at the right time based on dynamic operational needs.
