Automatic WO Cancellation
The work orders presenting the ‘Automatic WO Cancellation’ rule in their WO Type master data (MAIN MENU → CONFIGURATION → CORE → WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT → WO TYPES), specifically in the ‘Automatic Cancellation Parametrization’ field, are automatically canceled according to the configuration of such rule.

The rules may be configured at the following system path: MAIN MENU → CONFIGURATION → CORE → WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT → AUTOMATIC DELETION RULES
The work order will be automatically canceled after a given number (defined in the Value field) of days (unit of measurement defined in the Time Interval field) subsequent to the date reported in the Time Reference field.
