Keep flagged work orders (WOs) open as you update what skills and tools are required onsite.
Prerequisites

Ensure your user profile has the
fsm.core.skill.override.editpermission enabled.-
See Configure FSM Users.

Ensure the WO has the Enable Insufficient Skills flag set to
true.-
The WO status should be blocked, unscheduled, and visible in the accounting monitor.

Find a blocked work order
To search for WOs marked for override skills:

Click Features > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting Monitor.

On the right in the Filters panel, enter parameters in the Execution data section.

Filter by criteria such as the
Outcome CauseandOperation Center.

Click Search.
-
On the row of the WO, click the Three dots menu > Override skills.
Note: You can only make changes if you have permission to manage WOs.

Important: You can only make changes if you have permission to manage WOs.
To override skills for unscheduled WOs:

Click the Search WO menu.

Select a WO.
-
Click the Work order operations tab.

On the line of the WO, click the Three dots menu > Override skills.

In the Skill override configuration panel, update the header fields:

Code -
Description -
Min Cardinality -
Max Cardinality

To find the skills you need, go to the Skill override assignment section.

Drag and drop skills from the Available skills table to the Assigned skills table.

Adjust the cardinality for each assigned skill as needed.
Note: New skill configurations apply to all future manual and automated scheduling.
Save or cancel the new skill configuration

To store the new skill configuration and maintain the WO’s status, click Save.

The WO is blocked and unschedulable.

Overriding skills isn’t permitted for bundler operations.

To save new skills and remove the WO’s blocked status, click Save and Unlock.

The WO is now available to schedule again.

To exit without saving any changes, click Close.
