Manage resource shifts and availability to execute and debrief activities. Configure shifts, sequences, on-call availability, and planned absences. Accurately calculate technician workloads, minimize scheduling conflicts, and ensure that automated dispatching logic is always based on real-time resource availability.
Search existing calendars
To search for existing work calendars:

Navigate to Features > Core > Resource Management > Resources Work Calendar.

In the right search panel, enter:

Saved search: Use a previously-saved search to find a work calendar.

Operations center: Search for work calendars by operations center (OC).

Note: This field is mandatory.

Work center: Search by work center (WC).
-
Enterprise: Search by assigned company.
-
Resources: Search by specific resources.
-
Skills: Search by associated skills.
-
Resource type: Search by an internal or external resource type.
-
Unavailability: Search for work calendars of resources who are register or don’t register at least one unavailability time in the desired period.
-
On duty availability: Search for work calendars of resources who register or don’t register at least one on duty availability time in the desired period.
-
Shift: Search for work calendars of resources who register or don’t register at least one shift in the desired period.
-
Controlled facility: Search for work calendars from associated facilities.
-
Guarding resources: Search for work calendars by their resources.
-
Display controlled technical objects: Get an updated view of all the associated facilities’ group calendars.

Click Search.
Notes:

The grid displays resources in rows and days in columns.
-
Each cell shows active shifts in specific codes and colors.
Understand tooltips
Hover over work entries on a resource’s calendar to see information about their shift, such as:

Shift: The code of the work shift assigned to the resource on that day.
-
Date: The selected calendar date.
-
Reference day: The day to display the shift.
-
Start: The shift start date and time.
-
End: The shift end date and time.
-
Schedule: The resource’s work schedule on that day.
-
Departure: The resource’s departure address on that day.
-
Arrival: The resource’s arrival address on that day.
-
Warning: Possible warning messages related to the selected shift.
Assign shifts to resources
To assign shifts:

In the Shift dashboard panel, click the Add shifts icon.

In the pop-up, select a tab:
-
Work shifts: Define standard working hours and allow activities to be scheduled.

On duty availability: This on-call status prohibits standard activity scheduling.
-
Absences: Unavailable slots can be based on days or intervals.
-
Extra presence: Overtime automatically creates a shift for scheduling.
-
Work shift sequences: Apply pre-defined patterns in bulk.
-
For example, a shift could be a 14-day rotating shift.

Select an option in any of the tabs.
-
Drag the option onto a resource’s calendar.

Optional: If a shift already exists, click either:

Overwrite.
-
Add.
-

Note: As you drag the option, you must define the start date, end date, and whether to consider public holidays.
Advanced options
Right-click a specific entry in the calendar grid to access detailed management features:
Modify registry
To modify the shift:

In the calendar, right-click the entry.
-
Click Modify.
-
Edit these options:
-
Movement type: Change the transport mode (and travel speed) for that day.
-
Clocking type: Define if the resource must clock in or out for this specific shift.

Break management: Set the lunch break to either:

Rigid: The exact time.
-
Dynamic: Flexible based on workload.
-

Work time types: Note if the day starts or ends with a transfer or directly on-site.

Duplicate an interval or resource

Duplicate interval: Copy a week's schedule to a future period.

Note: You can choose to skip public holidays.

Duplicate resource: Copy a resource’s calendar to multiple resources in an OC.
