Field technicians can view and update specific features of a facility directly from the FSM Mobile while on-site.
To ensure data accuracy, field technicians capture and update facility data on the mobile app during a work order (WO) or manual facility search. Collected field data goes to the server side where a dispatcher reviews and validates the submission before the official system records are updated.
