Audience: System administrators
To enable field technicians to enter census data based on single orders, system administrators must ensure the following baseline configuration is active on the server.
Configure census details
Associate class features with technical object types
Ensure that class features are correctly associated with the specific technical object type reported in the work order (WO).
Register asset action rules
To define the rules that govern asset modifications:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Registered Assets Actions Rules.

To add a new rule, click + New plant consistency action rule.

Enter all mandatory information and other parameters as needed.

Click Save.
Enable the facility assets rule for a new intervention group
To create a new intervention group and enable the facility assets rule (census of features):

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Intervention Groups.

To create a new intervention group, click + New.

Enter all mandatory information and other parameters as needed.

Associate the specific activity with the newly configured intervention group.

Click Modify.
