Find measurements logged into a measurement element across multiple assets or facilities that are components of technical objects.

Follow the UI path
The instructions start from this system path:
Features > Core > Asset Management > Measurements
Search global measurements
To find a specific global measure:

In the Search panel, enter any desired parameters.
