Audience: Dispatchers
Define which skills are required for activities and teams. Define how many technicians should have certain specialized skills in an activity.

Follow the UI path
All following instructions start from this system path:
Configuration > Core > Parameters > Skill Management > Skills Configurations
Set skill configuration
To create a new skill configuration for a single activity:

On the Skills configuration page, click the + Add configuration button.

Enter the following information:

Description: The skill configuration’s description.

Code: The skill configuration’s internal code.

Minimum card: The minimum number of resources required.
-
Maximum card: The maximum number of resources required.

Visible: Whether to activate the skill configuration.

Click Save.
Associate skill configuration with a skill
To associate a skill configuration with a skill

On the right, in the Filters panel, enter desired parameters.

Click Search.

In the Skills configurations list, next to the desired skill configuration, click the Three dots menu.

Click Edit skill association.

In the Skill assignment window, select the skills that you want to associate in the Available column and drag-and-drop them to the Selected column.

Click Save.
Associate skill configuration with a skill division
To associate a skill configuration with a skill:

On the right, in the Filters panel, enter desired parameters.

Click Search.

In the Skills configurations list, next to the desired skill configuration, click the Three dots menu.

Click Edit skill division association.

In the Skill division association window, drag the skill divisions that you want to associate from the Available column into the Selected column.

Click Save.
