Create a Service Type

Overview

A service type defines the specific activity or task to perform to fulfil a Work Order (WO).

You must define a service type before you can select it as a component when creating a new Work Order Type.

Create a Service Type

To create a service type, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > WO Types.

2. Select Service type.

3. Select New.

4. Enter a Code and Description.

5. Select Insert.
