Monitor and audit the real-time availability of your field workforce. Verify shifts, manage unavailabilities, and ensure that external systems are synchronized with your resources' actual status.
Access the clocking archive
To view the archive in the Clocking history table:

Navigate to Features > Core > Resource Management > Resources.

In the search window, select an operations center from the drop-down.

Click Search.

In the Scheduling resources table, click the Three dots menu for the resource.

Click Clocking History.

In the Search parameters tab, you can enter:

Start shift: The beginning of when you want to search for shift start times.

End shift: The end of when you want to search for shift start times.
-
Clocking status: Select one:
-
Approved
-
To approve
-
Rejected
-
Invalid / duplicated
-
-
Clocking send status: Select one:
-
To send
-
Sent OK
-
Sent KO
-
-
Clocking date From: The beginning of the date range for which to search for clocking start times.

Clocking date To: The end of the date range for which to search for clocking start times.

Month: Select either:
-
Current.
-
Previous.
-
-
Registration date from: The beginning of the registration date range.
-
Registration date to: The end of the registration date range.
-

Click Search.
Add clocking history
To add clocking history to your resources’ schedules:

Click Clocking History.
-
In the New clocking window, enter:
-
Clocking date.
-
Clocking type.
-
-
Click Save.
