Create a resource

To schedule work orders, you must add workers that are available to be assigned work. These  field workers or technicians are called resources.

Create a resource

To add a worker:

1. Navigate to Features > Core > Resource Management > Resources.

2. On the Resources page, click + New.

3. In the Resource data table, enter the resource’s information.

4. Click Save.
