Create a Resource

Create and edit resources for whom to schedule work. A resource is a worker in the field, often called a technician. Resource availability is one of the FSM’s main considerations in scheduling work.

Create a Resource

1. Navigate to Features > Core > Resource Management > Resources.

2. Click New Scheduling Resource.

3. In the Resource Data table, enter the resource’s information.

4. Click Save.
