Configure recurring holidays for an operations center (OC) to ensure accurate capacity forecasting. Manage these dates to prevent the system from automatically scheduling non-urgent work orders (WO) on days when resources are off-duty.
Add a recurring holiday
To add a recurring holiday to an OC:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Resource Management > Resources Work Calendar > Holidays.

Click Add Holiday or special day.

In the Add holiday or special day interface, select an OC.

In the Recurring holidays section, select a holiday or day of the week.

Click Save.
Add a special day
To enter another day as a holiday for an OC:

Click the Special days tab.

Enter:

Date: The date of the special day.

Description: The description of the special day.

Consider as holiday: Whether to mark the new day as a holiday.

Click Save.
Delete holiday
To delete a holiday from an OC:

Click the three dots menu for the holiday.

Click Delete.
