Create reasons for why a Work Order (WO) resulted in a specific outcome. The system uses these to standardize how interventions are finalized and determine whether an activity is considered successfully closed or requires rescheduling.
Search for an outcome cause type

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Outcome Causes type

Enter one or more search criteria in the Search menu.

Click Search.
Add a new outcome cause type

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Outcome Causes type.

Click New.

Enter the following information:

Code: The outcome cause type’s unique ID.

Description: The outcome cause type’s description
-
Success: Whether the outcome cause type is success or not.

Visible: Whether the outcome cause type is active.

Order: The order in which the outcome cause type appears.

Click Insert.
Edit an outcome type

In the Outcome Types list, click on outcome cause type.

Edit the type’s information as necessary.

Click Save.
