Outcome causes define the options field technicians use to debrief and close Work Orders (WO). Accurate configuration ensures that data collected from the field, such as why a job was completed or why it failed, is standardized for reporting.
Define Preliminary Outcome Data
Before you create specific outcome causes, you must set the high-level classifications at the database and UI levels.
-
Navigate to Technical Settings > DB Levels

-
XWFMLTIPIESITO: Populates the "Outcome Types" (e.g., Final, Partial).
-
-
Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Encoded Notes on WO.
-
Click New.

Enter the Code and Description for notes that technicians can select during debriefing.
