Add XML-based configurations to generate and manage technical data sheets on mobile devices. Dictate what information a technician must collect, such as meter readings, attachments, or installation details, during an activity.
Add a new intervention group

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Intervention Groups.

Click New.
-
Enter the following information:

Code: A unique ID for the group.

Description: The description of the group.
-
Active: Whether the group is active.
-
Remove Existing Meter: Whether the workflow requires extracting an old device before installing a new one.

Associate Facility Consistency Rules: Whether to link rules that define how plant features are updated on-field.

In the Associate Facility Consistence Rule box, select a rule to apply to the intervention group.

Specify which data tabs the technician will see on the FSM Mobile app.

Click Insert.
Set the visibility and attributes
After you create the group, specify which data tabs the technician will see on the FSM Mobile app.

Click each of the following tabs:

Existing Measure Group

Existing Converter

Installed Measure Group

Installed Converter

Notification

In the Fields List table, locate each of the fields you want the technician to see.

For each field, click the three dots menu and select one of the following options for each field:

Edit an intervention group
To edit an intervention group:

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click one of the following options:

Edit
-
Edit rules
-
Edit Attachments Rules

Duplicate

Edit XML Configuration

Mobile Cards Rules
-

Edit the intervention group’s information as necessary.

Click Save.
Edit group properties configuration
Use this section to define the core behavior and visibility of the data entry tabs for the technician.

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Update the Description and Code.
-
Toggle the Active checkbox to enable the group.
-
Check Remove Existing Meter if the activity requires a meter extraction.

Click Modify in the Tab section.
-
For each card, select a status from the dropdown:

Mandatory
-
Read only
-
Not Mandatory
-
Invisible.

Click Modify in the Additional Info section to define the Status and the Min/Max records allowed for technician notes.

Click Save.
Edit application logic rules
Define the specific conditions, such as outcome causes or types, that trigger this Intervention Group on a mobile device

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Click Edit rules.
-
Select the Rule Type from the dropdown:
-
Causal: To associate the group with specific Outcome Causes and Service Types.
-
Outcome Type: To associate the group with broader Outcome Types (e.g., Success, Partial).

Click Add.
-
Select the relevant criteria from the list

Click Confirm.
Edit documentation attachment rules
Define the mandatory documentation required to close the activity.

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Click Edit Attachments Rules.

In the Rules table, click New Rule.
-
Enter the Minimum and Maximum number of attachments (photos or documents) the technician must upload.

Click Save.
Note: To bypass these rules for this group, go back to the Edit menu and check Ignore Attachments Rules.
Duplicate a configuration
Create a new group based on an existing template to save time on complex XML setups.

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Click Duplicate. The system will generate a copy of the group.

Click Edit on the new row to update the Description and Code to ensure it's unique.
Edit the XML configuration
Modify the underlying XML structure to customize specific data fields and validations.

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Click Edit XML Configuration. A text editor window will open containing the XML code.

Manually edit the tags to define field labels, data types, or custom validation logic.

Click Save XML to apply the changes to the mobile interface.
Edit UI behavior logic
Configure how specific "Cards" appear to different users or during different intervention states.

In the Intervention Groups table, click the three dots menu for an intervention group.

Click Edit.
-
Click Mobile Cards Rules.
-
Click New Rule to define a combination of Intervention State and User Type.

Manage Visibility Transitions:
-
If you set a section (like Existing Meter) to Invisible in the Edit menu, the system will prompt an alert to remove the corresponding Mobile Card from these rules.

If you set a hidden section to Visible, you must return here to explicitly add the card type back to the rule list to ensure technicians can see it.

Click Save to update the mobile UI logic.
