To organize resources and assignments within a territory more precisely, subdivide an operations center (OC) into specific zones.
Add a new scheduling area
To add a new scheduling area:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Resource Management > Scheduling Areas.

Click New Scheduling Area.

In the New scheduling area interface, enter:

Operations Center: The OC for the scheduling area.

Code: A unique code for the scheduling area.

Description: A clear name or purpose for the area.
-
Active: An indication whether the scheduling area is active.

Click Insert.
Edit existing scheduling area
To search for and make changes to an existing scheduling area:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Resource Management > Scheduling Areas.

In the Search Scheduling Areas tab, select the related OC.

Click Edit Composition.

In the Search field, enter search information.
-
Click Search.
-
In the Search results table, select municipalities.

To move municipalities to the Associated microclusters list, click the Plus icon. This officially links those administrative zones to the scheduling area.
View microcluster map
In map mode, precisely manage microclusters (MCs), the system’s smallest geographical unit, defined by road segments or coordinates between the four nearest crossroads.
To view or edit the map units within a specific municipality:

In the Associated microclusters list, select one or more entries.

Click Map.

In the microcluster selection map, view the territory and the four nearest crossroads.

Below the map, in the Macrocluster table, click Center aggregations.

Click Select aggregations to perform any of the following actions:

View clusters
-
Add clusters
-
Edit clusters
-
Delete clusters
-

Operate in the table or use the tools in the map.

Click Save.
