Associate an Outcome with an Activity

Add available causes for field technicians to debrief work orders (WOs) when finalizing a task on their mobile device. Ensure that every intervention produces actionable insights for billing, asset history, and future maintenance planning.

Add an outcome

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Activity.

  2. Click the Associate outcomes icon.

  3. Drag and drop any outcomes to associate with the activity from the Not associated Causals column to the Associated Causals table.

  4. Fill in the following information for each associated outcome cause:

    1. Minimum time to reschedule (min): The minimum time to reschedule the activity.

    2. Reset Subcontract: Whether to allow the field technician to reset the work contract.

    3. Allow SES: Permit the field technicians to use simple email service (SES) to register the activity outcome.

  5. Click Save
