Link field tasks to data collection forms, technical sheets, and validation rules. Ensure that technicians can only access the relevant fields and mandatory documents on their mobile devices for the specific work they are performing.

Add an intervention group to an activity

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Activity.

In the Activity list, locate an activity.

Click the Intervention group icon.

Enter the following information:

Outcome type
-
Service type
-
Outcome Cause Type
-
Intervention Group
-
Outcome Cause
-
-
Click Search.

In the Intervention group list, select the intervention group.

Click Save.
