Search for skills

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Activity.

Click the Associate Skill Configuration icon.

Search for a list of skills associated with an activity by the following criteria:

Configuration Skill: A field technician skill.

Team Cardinality: The number of resources on a team that requires the skillset.

Operations Center: The operations center (OC) for the resources.

Click Search.
Configure skills

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Activity.

Locate an activity in the Activity List.

Click the Associate Skill Configuration icon.

Enter the following information:

Configuration Skill: A field technician skill.

Team Cardinality: The number of resources on a team that requires the skillset.

Operations Center: The operations center (OC) for the resources.
