Show clocking data

Increase traceability and make clocking data easier to audit.

Ensure mandatory processes

Audience: Administrators

To enforce mandatory processes, like safety assessments, you can associate one dynamic Form template with each clocking type. This ensures technicians automatically receive the appropriate form during the mobile clocking flow.

Note: You can only select templates that are:

  • Active.

  • Eligible for “creation from mobile” usage.

  • Eligible for “scheduling resource” scope.

Note: The back office operator relies on clocking data for approving/confirming the Validation Type Selection Case = Manual in defining the clocking type.

Search for clockings

To search for the clocking data:

  1. In the top of the daily plan, search for:

    • Operations center: Automatically filled out from the daily plan.

    • Clocking date from - to: Can be edited.

    • Resources/team

    • Clocking status:

      • Approved

      • To approve

  3. In the Clocking list table, use the color of each row to determine status:

    • Pink: On shift

    • Light-blue: Not on shift

    • Red: Unavailable

    • Grey: Cannot calculate status or Clocking not approved

Access clocking data

Each entry in this list is linked to the specific clocking type, technician, and dynamic form, if configured. All associated data is kept for audit and reporting purposes.

Each row of the Clocking list table provides the following buttons/functionalities:

  • Clocking archive: To view when and why a resource clocked in or out.

  • Clocking validation: To validate or confirm the specific clocking.

Note: To view the daily plan again, in the operations sub-menu, click Close.

Mobile execution and enforcement

Important: The clocking event are only completed after the dynamic form is successfully saved.

When a technician selects a clocking type associated with a template, the system automatically instantiates and presents the form. If the technician fails to complete the form, the clocking is not registered, and the user is informed that completion is required.
