Require a data capture sheet

To ensure consistent outcome validation across mobile and server environments, require a dynamic form instance for a specific outcome reason.

To configure this parameter:

  1. Go to FSM > Features > Data Collection > Templates.

  2. Create a new dynamic form template or select an existing one.

  3. In the Outcome Rules section, select the Mandatory if auto-generable checkbox.

  4. Click Save.

Note: The boolean field is stored in the database table ADCTEMPLATEOUTCOMERULE as ATORREQUIREDIFAUTOGENERABLE.

Associate a specific outcome reason

  1. Go to FSM > Features > Data Collection > Templates.

  2. Create a new (2026 Wave One) Dynamic Form Templates dynamic form template or select an existing one.

  3. In the Dynamic Form Template Structure section, click the Three dots menu.

  4. Click Template Structure

  5. In the Select Values window, drag and drop outcome reasons in the panel to create associations.

    • Outcome Reason (name)

    • Dynamic Forms Mandatory (boolean flag)

Select Dynamic Forms Mandatory

If you select Dynamic Forms Mandatory, the system checks whether a form for the associated template already exists.

  • If no form exists, the system raises an error and displays a button to create it.

  • When the user clicks the button, the required form(s) are automatically generated.
