Dynamic forms provide the user a series of features for collecting information, related to activities, events or circumstances that may arise during the working day.
Here below, two scenarios of dynamic forms:
-
The operator fills a dynamic form related to a work order operation: the compiling starts while the work order's debriefing; the validity and mandatory checks of the data entered, (displayed in a warning message) are performed upon the work order’s closure.
-
The operator fills a dynamic form regardless of the work order: its compiling is not related to a work order, but it’s related to a dedicated “Dynamic Forms” section (available on server and mobile application). All mandatory checks of the data entered (displayed in a warning message), are performed upon saving the dynamic form on the server application.
Regarding the independent dynamic form, here below two possible scenarios:
-
Dynamic forms generated by the server (using a server user-ID) or received by an external system.
-
Dynamic forms generated by an operator from the field thanks to a specific function provided by the mobile app. This can be filled both on the mobile and server application.
About the independent forms two possible situations may occur:
-
Forms are already available in the dynamic form list (previously created from the server) and they must be pushed in order to be filled-in by the operator.
-
Forms are not available in the list, but created on the field by the technician, who will select the most suitable template about the problem encountered. (i.e: this is a standard procedure while registering anomalies detected on the facility’s field or company technical network).
