Compact View is an optional mobile layout designed to optimize screen real estate. It reduces vertical spacing, which allows technicians to view and complete multiple fields simultaneously with less scrolling. This is useful for complex forms with high field density and improves overall data entry efficiency.
Configure compact view on FSM Desktop
Audience: Administrators

Go to FSM Desktop > Company.

In the “Configuration” tab, add the following property:
company.fsm.datacollection.sheet.mobileCompactView -
Set the property’s value:

Click true: Activate the compact view

Click false: Retain the standard view.
