Search and Manage Schedulable Bundles from Daily Plan

Before you can assign a Work Order Bundle to a field resource, you must locate it within the system. This task explains how to use the specific search tools designed for aggregated work packages, allowing you to filter, locate, and modify bundles that are ready for dispatch.

Note: Once individual Work Order operations are aggregated into a bundle, they are removed from the standard Schedulable Activities list. They can only be found as a unified entity within the Schedulable Bundles view.

Prerequisites

  1. Navigate to the Daily Plan and open the Schedulable Bundles tab in the lateral panel. Select the Search Bundle function to open the filter configuration pop-up.

  2. By default, the Bundle State filter is locked to "Schedulable". Use the remaining fields to narrow your search across three main categories:

    1. Bundle Header Constraints: Filter by Operations Center, Bundle Id, Name, Creation User, or a specific Creation Date timeframe.

      1. Search for a specific Work Order Code to find the bundle containing it.

      2. Check Locked to view only bundles that are protected against cancellation.

    2. Bundling Rule Constraints: Filter by the specific Bundling Rule used to generate the bundle, or by its Execution Type (Manual vs. Automatic).

    3. Bundle Criterion Constraints:

      1. Technical Object: Search by Same Technical Object, Same Parent, or Same Root.

      2. Location: Search by Same Municipality, Same Street, or Same Street Number.

      3. Work Types: Search by Same Request Type, Service Type, Facility Type, or Operation Type.

      4. Scheduling: Search by Same Team Cardinality, Same Day, Same Slot, or specific Appointment Dates.

  3. Execute the search to populate the Bundle List. Each row represents a single schedulable bundle.

  4. Click the three-dot menu located beside any specific row to manage that bundle directly from the list:

    1. Bundle Details: Opens the comprehensive data window for the selected bundle.

    2. Update Bundle Name: Allows you to quickly edit the bundle's descriptive name.

    3. Add Selected Operations: Injects additional Work Order operations into the bundle. Note: The new operations must have been previously selected and copied from your Clipboard, the Schedulable Activities list, or the Map.
